Acceptance of Terms
By using EKGolf facilities, services, or equipment, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Facility Use & Safety
- All users must follow facility rules and staff instructions at all times
- Proper golf attire and closed-toe shoes required
- Users participate at their own risk and must sign a waiver before first use
- EKGolf is not responsible for personal injuries or property damage
- Maximum occupancy limits must be observed in simulator bays
- No outside alcohol permitted; outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed
Reservations & Payment
- Simulator reservations require advance payment
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance for refund
- No-shows forfeit full payment
- Lesson cancellations require 24-hour notice
- All sales are final unless covered by our Return Policy
Prohibited Conduct
- Damaging equipment or facilities
- Disruptive behavior affecting other customers
- Use of facility under influence of alcohol or drugs
- Bringing prohibited items onto premises
Limitation of Liability
EKGolf’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Privacy
We collect personal information for business purposes and do not share it with third parties without consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Iowa law. Any disputes will be resolved in Polk County courts.
