Bo McBee

Bo specializing in training rotary athletes, biomechanics, physical assessments and functional strength training.

Bo McBee graduated from Central College earning his degree in Health Promotion and Exercise Science Emphasis. While attending Central, he was part of the Central College Golf Team.

Shayne Allan

Shayne is originally from South Africa. He came to the USA in 2013 to play college golf. After completing grad school, he turned pro and competed in a few events.

He has a master’s degree in the exercise physiology, kinesiology, and nutrition program. His goal is to have an in-depth knowledge in human physiology that allows to be a better personal trainer, nutritionists and sport performance coach.

Derek Shanno

Derek is an Iowa native with a degree in kinesiology from the University of Northern Iowa. He has a strong passion for growing the game of golf and is focused on merging his interests in golf and fitness. Derek aims to help others improve their performance and appreciate the sport. He believes that golf is not just a game but an integral part of an active lifestyle.
